Ok, so Im and I are listening to Performance Today this morning (one of our favorite past-times). Since 'tis the season, Fred Child occasionally plays a carol. My husband comes out of his office and hears Little Drummer Boy. He pauses, listens for a moment, and then: "Isn't this about a little boy that comes into the manger and unleashes a snare solo next to the baby's head? Wouldn't Joseph and Mary have wanted to gore him with a cow horn?"
Sorry, this just struck me as hilarious and I had to share.
I mean, after all, isn't "Little Drummer Boy" the most annoying carol ever????
Pah rum pa pa pum, rumpa pa pum...
